Welcome to the Orlando Torah Center!

Founded in 2011, the Orlando Torah Center has been at the forefront of building Torah in Orlando. It is our mission to create a vibrant community where everyone feels welcome, valued, and appreciated. The OTC community is a family joined in a unified mission of growth in Avodas Hashem. We are a developing young, and dynamic community built upon the ideals of Torah, Tefillah, Chessed, and Emunas Chachamim. We are a community of families seeking to uplift their lives through Torah and Avodah no matter what stage of observance we are at, at the moment.
Orlando's Torah community has seen much growth in recent years. With a Torah Day School, Girls High School, Boys Yeshiva, and Lakewood Kollel, Orlando has developed into a full makom Torah and place where one can raise a Jewish family. Additionally, OTC has partnered with the Sefardic and Israeli communities to create an umbrella shul catering to every family's lifestyle. OTC has a raft of opportunities for every type of person. There are shiurim, chavrusah learning, classes, kids programs, adult functions, family-friendly activities, and more to choose from. There is room for everyone to find their place at OTC. We are a diverse family unified in one vision. Come experience for yourself the community where you belong!

Meet our leadership
Our Rav
Rabbi Menachem Zev Kramer hails from Far Rockaway, New York. After 13 years in Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim and receiving semicha, he moved with his wife Shoshi and family to the Orlando community. Originally part of the Orlando Torah Academy team, Rabbi Kramer stepped into the role as Rav in 2020.
Rabbi Kramer is passionate about creating a warm and welcoming community built on Torah ideals. He is well known for his engaging drashos and approachable demeanor. He is constantly looking for ways to bring more Torah learning into the community. Rabbi and Rebbetzin Kramer are excited to continue guiding the trajectory of the Orlando community as a wholesome, Torah community that inspires a continued connection with authentic Torah yiddishkeit, while maintaining an out-of-town, low-key, lifestyle. |
Our Israeli Rav
Rabbi Dovid Koehler grew up in Eretz Yisroel and learned in Yeshivas Grodno. Later he joined Ner Le'Elef and received his semicha from Darchei Hora'ah Le'rabbanim. He is also a trained mohel.
After positions in Switzerland and Edmonton, Alberta, Rabbi Koehler and his wife Estee joined the Orlando Torah Center as a Rabbi for our Israeli community. Under his guidance, OTC began a Sefardic Minyan on Shabbat which continues to grow and flourish. The Koehlers relish the opportunity to give Sephardim and Israelis a meaningful connection to their rich Jewish heritage.
